An NGO, which main goals are to promote the citizenship engaged with social inclusion, the social-educative action and the responsible use of the ICT, with a special dedication to the childhood and the youth. FUndesplai is busy with the activities to promot the so called Third Social Sector. Fundesplai develops projects in Catalonia, Spail, Europe and Latin America while networking with other NGO’s.

The first Spanish University in all International University rankings. AINSR (Analysis of Inequalities and New Social Risks) is a research group of the University of Barcelona accredited by the Government of Catalonia and will be mainly working on the YOPEVA project.

Borås Stad, City Borås, has about 113 00 inhabitants and is the second largest municipality in Region Västra Götaland, Sweden. In this project Borås Stad is represented by Adult Education. It has about 6000 students and 200 employees and provides i.e. Basic and Upper secondary Adult Education, Vocational Education and Training and Swedish for immigrants.

ACDC Romania is a professional association and training provider established in 2011 to support the sustainability of 255 disadvantaged rural communities, which have previously received technical assistance under the Knowledge Economy Project (KEP), funded by World Bank during 2007-2011. This with the aim to develop local Telecentres/Public Points of Access to Internet (PAPI) providing ICT based services to citizens.

CESIE is a non-profit, apolitical and non-governmental organisation based in Palermo (Italy) and established in 2001. CESIE is committed to promote the cultural, social, educational and economic development at local, national, European and international levels.

Business Development Friesland (BDF) has extensive experience with practical learning assignments for students who want to work and learn. Next tot that, BDF has contributed to several VET schools and Universities to provide students a program so that they finalise their studies during the start-up of their own company.

The Fondacao da Juventude, Portuguese Youth Foundation, is a private institution of public interest, non-profit, focused on promote the integration of young people into active and professional life. FJ created the first incubator in Portugal, which has supported more than 800 new companies through incubation and co-working spaces.
